Wanted: Michelle Malkin

[John]
Michellemalkinwanted

Michelle Malkin, notorious back-stabbing, Republican-bashing, NAMBLA-lovin' sanctimonious apologist for the Democratic party and paid Fox News shill, may have sabotaged Republicans' efforts to maintain a majority in the House and/or Senate.

Now that Ms. Malkin has shown her "true colors" she is considered to be extremely dangerous, and anyone encountering her is advised to begin speaking immediately without first engaging his brain.

Effective strategies include accusations of "selling out", impugning of integrity, and leveling charges of dhimmitude.

She has commited thought crime! Put the rat mask on her!

How dirty of the Allen campaign to raise the issue of whether Webb has moral character? Why should the voters care about THAT???

Anonymous,

This post has nothing to do with the issue of Webb's writings and whether or not Allen should have have exposed them - it's about some of the the unhinged comments in the Hot Air thread I linked.

So far, according to some of the commenters, Michelle Malkin thinks made up incestuous pedophilia is ok, is helping soon-to-be Speaker Pelosi measure the drapes, isn't bothered by "Jew-baiting", is playing into the left’s tactics, wants the Democrats to win so she can make more money, and is trying to appear 'impartial' so she can get more paid gigs.

Right. Michelle Malkin has sold out to the left, condones pedophilia and is trying to help the Democrats.

Smitty,

I'll light the pitchforks, you sharpen the torches.

We've got to stop her before she picks up Howard Dean, turns him upside down and stick his... well you know the rest.

How dare she speak what's on her mind?

Tow the line baby!

Frankly both Allen and Webb can piss off!

So if the Dems win one or both houses after years of playing dirty; what lessons should the Republicans learn from that?

I can't let this go: "Now that Ms. Malkin has shown her "true colors" she is considered to be extremely dangerous, and anyone encountering her is advised to begin speaking immediately without first engaging his brain." Now let's turn back the clock to last month and substitute Denny Hasterts name for Ms. Malkin's:
"Now that Denny Hastert has shown his "true colors" he is considered to be extremely dangerous, and anyone encountering him is advised to begin speaking immediately without first engaging his brain."
That pretty much summed up this sites position last month, didn't it? The double-standard is shocking! No?

show me, I don't understand your last comment. Are you just trying to say John was "speaking immediately without first engaging his brain" in an effort to insult him? Or are you trying to say there is a double standard in that John criticized a Republican in the previous case, and now he is making a statement against intra-party strife?

If it's the first I'd have to wonder why you would visit this site. The latter seems like a rather childish double standard. As though because in this one case John thinks the criticism of another Republican is without merit, that he should be against criticism of any Republican in any circumstance? It would be better if you gave a specific example of his double standard. For my part I don't think his criticism of Hastert was "unthinking".

dorkafork, It is the first. Hastert was being thrown overboard before any "facts" were known. I would say that was the definition of, " "speaking immediately without first engaging his brain", wouldn't you?
And as far as, "If it's the first I'd have to wonder why you would visit this site."; so if I don't tow the "Wuzzadem" line I shouldn't visit this site or comment? Hmmmmmm.

Forgot to post my name on that last comment. Sorry.

show me, don't go anywhere...I hate to be alone.
I am with you about the Hastert fiasco, and I am suspicious about anything off the MSM, I haven't read Malkin lately, but I always thought she was conservative, and when so many republicans are circling the middle ground I guess she and others become a little pissed at the lack of spine. But, I cannot comment on the Allen/Malkin/Webb story.
But, my opinion is Webb is a macaca.

show me,

Read the third comment again. Do you think that Michelle Malkin, of all people, is:

  • Condoning incestuous pedophilia
  • Trying to help Nancy Pelosi
  • Unbothered by "Jew-baiting"
  • playing into the left’s tactics
  • Suddenly adopting an "impartial" stance so she can get more paid gigs.
Does any of that ring true?

I have no problem with people disagreeing with or criticizing her, but the woman has a body of work that makes accusations like these laughable. Did she have a psychotic break or is she some kind of liberal infiltrator?

Do I think the people who said those things actually believe they're true? I don't think so. I think they were really pissed that she voiced an opinion they didn't agree with and started typing without thinking.

Do you disagree? See if you can comment without bringing up Hastert, I'll address that in a separate comment.

Mrs.R, I couldn't agree more with your last statment. John, I don't think Michelle is:
Condoning incestuous pedophilia
or,Trying to help Nancy Pelosi
or,Unbothered by "Jew-baiting"
or,playing into the left’s tactics
or,Suddenly adopting an "impartial" stance so she can get more paid gigs.
I can't read her mind, and I won't pretend that I can.
However, I have heard Michelle and other talking heads admit that dirty champaign tactics WORK. And I wouldn't consider revealing Webb's novels as "dirty". I'm just getting sick and damn tired of this administration and the GOP, playing nice with the press, playing nice with the Dems, playing nice in Afganistan, playing nice in Iraq, playing nice in their campaigning efforts, and playing scared every time any bogus scandal is fabricated by the slimy Left.
Michelle can play theoretic nice all she wants. But how does that help us win in the real world.
And if you apologize for jumping the gun on Hastert, I'll let it go.

show me,

How many times can I say that the post was about the "unhinged" commenters at Hot Air? I just said it again, does that help?

I didn't just fall off the turnip truck, so yes, I know dirty campaign tactics work, and Malkin herself said that she thought it would have been better for surrogates to release the information.

Incidentally, I don't have a problem with the information about Webb's writings coming out and I never said I did. What I have a problem with is people accusing Michelle Malkin of being some kind of traitor because she voices an opinion they don't like.

I also have a problem with people coming here and insulting my intelligence. We went through this in the Hastert threads - I would say that I had carefully considered the facts and formed an opinion, and you would insist I was being suckered by the left and the MSM - in effect, that I'm stupid.

Now you're demanding an apology from me?

So you've highjacked a thread, insulted me (again) and demanded an apology from me(??).

You want to keep it up?

John, I don't think the comments at Hot Air were "unhinged". While I'm not ready to label Michelle with the traitor labor, I am getting a little fed up with her above-the-fray moralism. And she, like you, didn't hesitate to call for Hasterts head. And please don't insult my memory; "... I would say that I had carefully considered the facts and formed an opinion,..". There were no "facts" known at the time. Or am I wrong about that? Why don't you extend the same courtesy to my right to dissent as you do Michelle? And now my dissent is an attempt to "hijack" this thread. Yeah, nothing unhinged about that comment.

show me,

You think that commenters accusing Michelle Malkin of condoning peophilia or being paid off to give "non-conservative" opinions are being reasonable? By the way, calling them "unhinged" is a deliberate play on words - it's the title of Malkin's last book, and I would say those kind of accusations certainly come close.

There were no "facts" known at the time. Or am I wrong about that?

I don't know how many times I have to explain this, but I'll do it again - when I say "facts as I knew them", I'm referring to what could be done to stop the bleeding in the Foley scandal. I also said (REPEATEDLY) that I might be wrong, but it was my opinion. Why you are obsessed with this is beyond me. People will have opinions that differ with yours, that doesn't make them stupid or wrong.

One more time - calling me stupid (saying I'm speaking without thinking) is not "dissenting", it's a direct insult. Do you apologize for insulting me? No, you come back and demand an apology from me.

This isn't a public forum, it's my blog. If you feel like insulting someone, go somewhere else.

"I don't know how many times I have to explain this, but I'll do it again - when I say "facts as I knew them", I'm referring to what could be done to stop the bleeding in the Foley scandal. I also said (REPEATEDLY) that I might be wrong, but it was my opinion." So were you wrong? P.S. If you're insulted that easily, then please, go back to being a Dem. God knows you whine like one.

Dude, that really hurt. Whine like a Dem? That cuts deep.

I would say you're a rude asshole who thinks he has the right to insult me on my own blog, but we all know I'd be lying. You've exposed me for the fraud I am - a cowardly hypocrite who runs his blog like a tinpot dictator, squelching dissent as he dodges rounds of wisdom fired off by brave freedom fighters like you.

My first instinct is to beg you to stay, but I know your powers of persuasion are needed elsewhere in the blogosphere (dare I say Washington DC, where your refreshing candor is sorely needed?) so I will bid you adieu as I sit down to pen a well-deserved letter of apology to...well, I'm not sure who I'm supposed to be apologizing to yet, but I'll get started anyway.

Godspeed, fearless blog commenter.

A thousand pardons oh wise and reasonable Comic Book Guy sage! I'm afraid it is I who have been exposed for the rude, dissenting, opinionated, asshole that I am.

I shall leave you to your tireless vigilance of wit and boot-shaking as each Democrat attack may warrant.

Please, I beg of you, continue your steadfast political cannibalism. The GOP needs you. After all, with friends like you, who needs the KOS kids?

Apology accepted.

How did you get a hold of Ms.Pelosi so quickly?

El tren es grande.

Et tu, Dodger?

No thanks, John. I already et today. But thanks for asking.

Well, they's plenty of vittles if you change yer mind.
