Meanwhile, At Kos Korporate Headquarters, Armando Speaks Truth To Dictaphone

Betty, tell the boys at Wal-Mart our tee time Thursday is 9:00. Push the Exxon meeting tomorrow back 30 minutes.

I need you to proof that post on how corporate America is destroying the middle class.

Oh, and I'll be sticking it to the man between 4:00 and 4:30 tomorrow, so please keep my schedule clear.
Apparently, [Daily]Kos diarist Armando Lloréns-Sar isn't comfortable with too many people knowing about his day job as an attorney at McConnell Valdés (it's clearly the same guy):...Lloréns-Sar might be uncomfortable with too many people knowing about his professional activities (he threatened to ban one commenter for getting too close to his "personal circumstances"):During his time filling in for Kos as the "front page diarist" he wrote a number of pro-corporate articles, of course without disclosing that he is a corporate attorney promoting these same issues for his clients. For example, in this post he takes the pro-corporate position that modern anti-trust law is based on activist judges' rulings and not as the law as written. He fails to mention that he recently represented Wal-Mart in an anti-trust capacity in Puerto Rico.
Emphasis mine. All mine.
UPDATE: WAAAAH!

I will always remember Armando's arrogance when he posted at tacitus.org. To think the weasel is just another limousine liberal, making major money in the corporate world he comdemns.
Trust me on this: He is bailing out because he knows the Kos Koolaid Kids won't be understnading towards the delicate shades of gray Armando utilizes to rationalize his self absorbed hypocrisy.
That he had the nutz to go after everything that makes this country, and be a pillar in the most rabidly anti-American major blog out there while being a corporate attorney shlepping for WALMART!!!!! is too rich.
Michael Crichton would not have been able to come up with a better example of a rich liberal hypocrite for his 'State of Fear' if he tried.
Zarqawi dead, and one of the major bloggers who supported the terrorists blown up, all in one day.
This was indeed a great day.

Awesome. The petulence of Armando's vague but dark conspiracy-laden concession speech is delicious.
I'm sorry I didn't find this site sooner. This is some of the most hillarious stuff I've ever seen.

Interesting. Now there's a big Wikipedia debate (fight?) on whether or not the Armando Lloréns-Sar entry should be purged and/or to what degree. Quite interesting in that it tests the "anonymity revealed" component of a public bulletin board with private ownership.
Kinda sabotages the integrity of the open source component of WP when anyone can edit the pages and the most obsessive or the original content creator preserves ultimate authority of "right" or valid data.
Gotta admit that the newly discovered conflict of interest concern only now being realized by an attorney is a bit comical. What are the odds?
The sockpuppet brigade is sure to expand by at least one in the near future. The message of corporate evil MUST be exposed. Again, odds anyone?

Just got up off the floor from the Sleeping Blog post. You must blog... you keep us going. Excellent job... we don't say that enough.

What a hypocritical snake oil salesman.
What is funny is that Kos probably though Armando was a "man of the people" since he was a Puerto Rico lawyer - possible fighting "social injustice" for the poor blacks. Armando and McConnell Valdés sure milked Kos readership base for all it was worth.
Armando my "quit" blogging under his current screen name. But, I would guess he will pop-up under a new screen name.

Oops, "outed" as a corporate shill. Bad bad bad.
Now the DUmmicrats will be fabricating all sorts of stories about how this was a Rovian ploy to insert a high profile 5th columnist into the Kos apparatus.

He's a lawyer? I'm amazed. I read the "Swords Crossed" blog for a bit. I quit bothering when he defended the concept of a living Constitution because if you don't open it to interpretation, you don't get the results you want. It was a horrible bit of logic.
